What Access Pilot Does

Access Pilot replaces the tangled, manual process of requesting marketing access from clients with a single secure link. Instead of emailing PDF instructions, sharing a password spreadsheet, or walking a client through ten separate platform dashboards, the user generates one pre-configured onboarding link. The client opens it, authenticates through each platform's official OAuth flow, and grants the exact roles requested — often in under a minute.

The product supports more than 50 platforms that marketing teams actually rely on — including Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business, Shopify, LinkedIn, TikTok, HubSpot, and others — with the specific roles each platform exposes pre-built into the request flow.

The Problem We Set Out to Solve

Marketing onboarding is one of the most universally painful parts of running an agency or freelance practice. Every platform has its own access-sharing quirks, its own set of roles, and its own interface for granting permissions. Multiply that by a dozen platforms and a dozen clients, and the result is a mess of spreadsheets, support tickets, and follow-up messages asking, “Can you change it from Read Only to Editor?”

This old way is slow, error-prone, and looks unprofessional to the client. It also creates real security risk: password sharing is still distressingly common in marketing workflows, and every shared credential is a potential incident waiting to happen. Access Pilot exists to take that entire category of busywork — and risk — off the table.

How It Works

Three steps, start to finish — no passwords exchanged, no ambiguity about who gets what.

1

Select permissions

In the Access Pilot dashboard, choose the platforms needed and the specific roles required on each — down to individual Meta Business Pages, Google Ads accounts, or Shopify staff roles.

2

Send one link

A single secure onboarding link is generated and shared with the client. The request page groups everything by provider, so the client sees exactly what's being asked for.

3

Client approves

The client authenticates with each provider (Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, etc.) and approves the pre-configured access. A confirmation report details exactly what was granted.

Who Access Pilot Is For

Independent freelancers

Show up polished from the first client meeting. Replace the chaotic email checklist with a single branded link, and stop spending unpaid hours chasing down access.

Marketing agencies

Scale onboarding across dozens or hundreds of clients with white-labeled links, a central dashboard, and request history that keeps the entire team in sync.

In-house teams

Onboard external vendors, contractors, and new hires to your marketing stack quickly — with a clear audit trail of exactly what was granted and to whom.

Why We Built It This Way

A few deliberate design choices separate Access Pilot from generic access-management or password-sharing tools.

OAuth-first, no credential sharing

Every access flow goes through each platform's official OAuth 2.0 infrastructure. No passwords or sensitive credentials ever touch Access Pilot's servers — a security posture that rules out an entire class of incident.

Granular, platform-specific roles

Rather than vague requests like “Facebook access,” Access Pilot asks for exactly what's needed: Ads Manager Editor, Pages Admin, a specific Pixel. That precision removes the “Read Only vs Editor” confusion that kills agency productivity.

Built for marketing, not generic IAM

We didn't generalize a corporate identity tool. Access Pilot was designed specifically for the platforms marketing teams actually use and the role structures those platforms expose — which makes every flow feel native, not translated.

White-label by design

For agencies, the onboarding experience carries the client relationship. Access Pilot supports custom logos so the flow feels like a native part of the agency — not a third-party tool bolted on.
